The inner ball operates as a two-axis head nestled inside the outer ball, which provides leveling and panning. The weight of your camera is balanced by the spring ball head design. The spring balance design is incorporated in both balls for a gimbal-like range of movement without the risk of lens flop. Each ball provides tension and locks individually for precision control of your lens movement.

The classic low-profile design incorporates an Arca-Swiss style receiver clamp, making it compatible with a broad range of quick release plates, brackets, lens foot plates, and other compatible accessories.
